Are you aware of your eating habits? This 12 week program creates a new relationship to eating. Through mindfulness practices participants gain healthier actions around eating and listening to their bodies. This program delivers five core mindfulness practices: awareness, intention, attention, self-regulation and compassion to the table. With practice and encouragement you will find that mindful eating produces a happier and healthier experience when eating. Join a loving environment of individuals following a step-by-step approach for support to achieve your desires.
