Program Description

This mindful walking program and your feet will lead you on a journey of discovery. By integrating focusing techniques and increased awareness of breath into your walks, you create a moving meditation that releases stress and restores balance. When breath combines with movement and focus, it creates a healing blend that clears the mind, reinforces resiliency and energizes cells. Each week of walking, wherever you choose, builds on the previous week’s mindful practice to enhance physical and emotional strength. Also, once a week, you join a group conference call.
