Program Description

Mindfulness refines our attention so that we can connect fully with those we treasure in our life. We enhance our awareness of what actually is needed in this moment, ending attachment to our view as fact. Through practicing mindful intention, we no longer find ourselves distracted nor stuck in old, habitual reactions and actions. Practicing mindfulness makes available, with ease, a focus on self-regulation, compassion and conscious accomplishment. Being present, moment to moment, we experience life fully and we are better able to Be with all that life delivers. Is it time to achieve a sense of ease in daily living? Do you desire to transform your experience in family and other relationships?
