These sessions take participants beyond what they know into new, effective mindfulness habits of paying attention and letting go, which lead to compassion and connectedness and a refreshed, revitalized complementary relationship. This is a rich opportunity to explore relationship barriers and leaving behind familiar ways of relating to work new practices that allow one to experience an awakened heart. An awakened heart provides the enormous love available, even for those inevitable rough moments. Five keys to mindful loving lead to coupling intimately, authentically, and gently with humor, ease and generosity. We become a treasure to our partner while growing spiritually ourselves.
